Schipperke Rescue Program

Rescue Services
Adoption Services

The Colonial Schipperke Club (CSC) has a long history in providing rescue services in the Mid-Atlantic area,
mainly in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and lower Pennsylvania for families, organizations, and individuals.
Our commitment is to the health and welfare of every Schipperke who must leave its home.
To better achieve this goal, the CSC decided in 2010 to direct our full support for rescue to Schipperkerescue.net (SRN).
SRN is an IRS-certified 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Rescue Services
SRN is well-regarded within the Schipperke community for their commitment to the health & welfare
of each dog that comes under their protection. Further, SRN is dedicated to the provision of all required
healthcare services for each dog and eventual placement with a caring, loving family.

Each Schipperke who is accepted into the SRN rescue program will remain in foster care until they can match the dog with the best home for that dog. During the foster care period, SRN provides for all medical, dietary, and comfort needs of the dog.

If you know of a purebred Schipperke who is in need of rescue, please contact the SRN Rescue Coordinator.
